The tricolor rule only followed for one month. Only few days later, she got the chance to visit back home. She was super excited. Nothing could match the happiness of going back home from hostel. She understood the importance of home. When she was at home, she was always a trouble eater. But this time, she ate all the things with ease. Hostel made her realize the worth of ghar ka khana or Maa ke haath ka khana.
As soon the holidays ended up, she came back to her hostel. There were mix of people in the hostels. Some were loud, some quiet, some extrovert, some introvert. To make her own space too some time. She bought gifts for her few fellow hostelers, whom she think can be her good friends.
Days were passing by. Gradually, she was able to adjust to hostel life. Then something happened in hostel, which made her understand importance of life. One of her friend was waiting for her brother to meet and then the news came that he unexpectedly passed away. She accompanied her friend to take the body from hospital and then to railway station. She was not matured enough to handle such situations. This was first time , she was experiencing something like this. Still she was with her friend to take care of her and managing other paper procedures as well. That day, when she came to her hostel, she cried. Yes, it was difficult to deal with the situation. She was holding her tears for long. She had not seen death so close earlier. And with tears came the understanding of life.
